Virtual Video Tour Production Terms and Conditions

Payment is to be made in full at the time the video is shot, that is the day we are on site filming. The fee is non-refundable due to quick sale of the property, even if the sale happens before the Virtual Video Tour has been added to our servers. The final virtual tour will be available on our servers within 5 business days after the initial video is shot on site.

Any tour requiring more than 4 minutes of produced video will be considered an exceptional production and additional fees will apply. A revised quote can be made at the location but we prefer to do this in advance, so if your tour needs to cover many features or multiple buildings please advise us beforehand and we'll give you a quote.

Any tour location outside our local area may be subject to an additional travel charge, this will be determined on a case by case basis and you will be advised in advance if this applies.
